I can not find much information on V26 to begin with.
The best information i could find on some sort of schedule is here.
Although I am not done monitoring, the schedule I have right now is V26 will
transmit daily around 0000z at 9054/7345/4243 kHz, specifically after M95, a 4x4, and a
short message in V26's voice, starting around 2339z the day prior.

My first idea is to monitor 9054 kHz starting 2330z into the next day.
9054 kHz is where the signal comes in best. As for location, Korea and Japan.
However, I can hear it with an SDR in the Philippines!
